So, in an attempt to start my newly determined health(ier) kick off on the right foot, I’ve decided to make myself a mix of vegetables to dip in hummus for lunch/dinner/study parties during the week.

(This is what happens when my mother lets me do groceries. )

My beautiful mix consists of a 8 different veggies, which I’ve tossed and separated into several different freezer bags for portability.

We’ve got:

  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Cucumbers
  • Endives
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Green/red peppers
  • Snap Peas

‘Go big or go home’, I always say.

(Edit: I’m also really excited because after months of searching I’ve finally been able to get myself some kale. Going to make chili kale chips tomorrow. )
